About Still Meridian
Built to get my own attention back.
Structure for your mornings, your breaks, and your evenings — so your attention stays yours.
Why I built it
I built Still Meridian while trying to become a better version of myself — and I kept running into the same problem: my mornings started with a scroll instead of a plan, and my breaks were just more scrolling disguised as rest. These guides are the structure I built to fix that in my own life. If your day feels the same way, I hope they help.
Attention is one of the few things you actually have.
Most of the modern day is built to take it from you a few seconds at a time. Still Meridian exists to make protecting it feel less like willpower and more like structure — clear, repeatable ways to spend your morning, your breaks, and your evening on your own terms instead of a feed's.
How every guide is built
Structure over willpower
Each guide gives you a clear, repeatable routine, so you're not relying on motivation to change a habit.
Grounded in research
Every technique is tied to a named study or clinical source, not wellness folklore.
No new app required
The guides are built to get you off screens, so everything works on paper, at your desk, or on a short walk.
